Grappa di Arneis 700ml 45°...

Distillery
Romano Levi

Features

Romano Levi always kept a young, fresh grappa for the railwaymen at the local Neive station. Storica Secolo Riserva...

Storica Secolo Riserva...

To celebrate the 100th anniversary of DOMENIS1898, a grappa with an important, fine and balanced character.

Strongly aromatic yet rounded, it surprises with the infinite sensations it offers to the taste. Certainly to be meditated, slowly, to be pervaded by the thousand bouquets on
the nose and sensations in the mouth.

The marc is collected fresh, even fermented, from selected suppliers. Distillation takes place in a discontinuous plant with eight copper stills, using direct steam. The use of
direct steam at a low temperature (just over 100°), which is blown into the distillation at the base of the stills, makes it possible to extract the volatile components from the
marc mass without damaging them, especially the aromatic ones.

The provenance of white grape marc contributes to denote a strong aromatic personality, the contribution of black grape marc gives unmistakable roundness and harmony.

The gradation chosen for this grappa (60°) clearly enhances the aromatic charge typical of grappa with an incredible softness in spite of the significant alcohol content, while
also maintaining an elegant balance and a pleasantly prolonged persistence.

Typology: young grappa
Alcohol content: 60% vol.
Raw materials: pomace
Serving temperature: 18°C
Plum 500ml ZU PLUN

Plum 500ml ZU PLUN
PLUM

For the plum distillate of the Zu Plun distillery, only the plums typical of South Tyrolean mountain farms are used, which grow directly on the Plunhof farm at an altitude of
almost 1100 metres. In this climate, which is characterised by strong temperature fluctuations, small, compact fruits ripen with a more concentrated aroma than usual
cultivated plums. It is this aroma that should fully develop in the plum brandy, which is why the tree-ripe fruits are carefully pitted before further processing. The hand-picked
and prepared fruit is gently mashed. After natural fermentation without additives, the mash is distilled twice. The plum as a prime fruit constantly challenges master distiller
Rabanser to improve his art and to strive for perfection and balance - an idea that is also found in the motif of the label: A rhinoceros balancing a ball.

Raw material: Local South Tyrolean farmer's plums, mainly own harvest from Plunhof.
Distillation method: discontinuous, double distilled, copper still heated in a water bath
Alcohol strength: 42 Vol%
Volume: 0,5 l
Colour/clarity: crystal clear, colourless
Nose: Fruity body with aromas of cinnamon and caramel
Palate: clean, soft style with delicate almond notes
Finish: length throughout, present typicity
Tip: A coherent combination with dark chocolate
PLUM BRANDY OLD 500ml ZU PLUN

PLUM BRANDY OLD 500ml ZU PLUN
PLUM BRANDY OLD

Plum brandy old. For the plum brandy from the Zu Plun distillery use is made exclusively of typical plums of South Tyrol farms, which are grown directly by Plunhof at about
1100 m altitude. The plums that grow in this climate characterised by strong temperature oscillations are small and compact, with a more concentrated aroma than common
fruits. It is this aroma that is expected to reveal itself to the full in the plum brandy, which is why the ripe fruits are cautiously stoned before further processing. The fruit thus
handpicked and prepared is carefully mashed. After natural fermentation without additives the pulp is distilled twice. For the Plum Brandy Old the distillate is stored fort wo
years exclusively in an oak barrel, where it finally combines with the typical notes of cinnamon, caramel and vanilla.

Raw material: local farmer's plums from South Tyrol, mostly Plunhof's own production
Distillation method: discontinuous, distilled twice, heated in a water bath using a copper still
Storage/ageing (Old): 3 years in a small oak barrel
Alcohol content: 42 Vol%
Content: 0.4 l
Colour/clearness: Bernstein-coloured distillate with glittering gold hues
Nose: Fruity body, plus aromas of cinnamon and caramel
Palate: clean, smooth stylistics with gentle almond note
Finish: persistent, outstandingly typical, outstanding, warm barrique tones
Washington Amaro di Arance ed Erbe Amaricanti is aimed at an increasingly
discerning public that has approached our way of drinking with passion.
Roger Bitter Amaro extra...

Roger Bitter Amaro extra...

I always hear the same things. That's enough, leave me alone! I'm not going to live like you rich, fools and liars, you only want success and have no respect for nature. I
prefer to be alone, I cannot accept what you are doing, you cowards! You have thrown me out just for expressing my thoughts, calling me crazy. I will live Sotto Banco with
the knowledge that I will die poor, but without compromise.

Roger Bitter Extra Strong. Born from the inspiration of its creator, Ivano Trombino, in full respect of the cyclical nature. It is the result of a careful selection of citrus fruits and
bittering botanicals, cultivated and selected by our Agricultural Company Rurale Vecchio Magazzino Doganale, in Calabria. A unique and countercultural product,
sometimes edgy enough to be labelled 'Keep Under Counter'.
It's a Bitter... It's a Bitter... Its natural colouring and strong character make it ideal, consumed neat as an after-meal, for lovers of true bitter taste. Formidable in blending.

' Cloudy from birth. '
