It is made with 70% aguardiente (the highest<br />portion among Cuban rums), which gives the distillate incredibly complex aromatic notes.<br /><br />On the nose, hints of coffee, roasted almonds and cocoa.<br />On the palate vanilla, sugar cane and plum with a finish of chocolate, almonds and pears.<br /><br />Eminente is intrinsically linked to the unspoilt nature of Cuba. This is why the brand was inspired by the Cuban crocodile for the bottle and its logo.<br />
