The yeast is added and fermentation begins. The liquid obtained is distilled until it reaches<br />80% alc./vol. and then diluted with water to reach 62.5% alc./vol.<br />COLOUR: amber yellow<br />AROMA: complex, with hints of caramel, oak wood, vanilla and brown sugar<br />TASTE: The presence of wheat makes the sensation on the palate more delicate compared to a rye Bourbon. Vanilla, wheat and oak are perceived.<br />TASTING NOTES: Pleasant and warm persistence, prolonged by hints of spices.<br /><br />DESCRIPTION: The 'Rebel Yell' brand was created for the Stitzel-Weller Distillery by Charles R. Rebel Yell is a Kentucky Straight<br />Bourbon Whisky and the original old recipe dates back to 1849. The wines produced are carefully distilled in a<br />still, made by artisans, refined in a copper mass which is indispensable for obtaining refined eaux-de-vie.
