HISTORY: In 2015, The Other Guys decided to change its name to 3 Badges after moving its administrative offices to the old fire station in Sonoma, California. August<br />Sebastiani, a Tuscan-born winemaker and owner of the company, discovered numerous documents that testified to his family's involvement in the building's construction. His<br />grandfather had worked as a volunteer and received 3 badges for his career. 3 badges has thus become a symbol of returning to the roots, celebrating the passion for<br />commitment and craftsmanship as the cardinal points of the company.<br /><br />PRODUCT: Kirk and Sweeney was a wooden schooner known for smuggling rum from the Caribbean to the North East during the early years of Prohibition. It is a molasses<br />rum of Dominican origin aged for 18 years.<br /><br />PROFILE: Complex and intriguing, it touches on a wide range of aromas, from the intensity of vanilla to notes of sherry and grapes, underpinned by the fragrance of roasted<br />sugar cane. Years of ageing and careful blending add hints of dried fruits, nutmeg, cinnamon and spices with a touch of oak.<br /><br />Country: Dominican Republic<br />Alcohol content: 40°.<br />Bottle: 70 cl<br />

This vintage was produced in the Petit Champagne region from Ugni Blanc grapes.<br /><br />PROFILE: Distilled without yeast for greater ?neness, it gives us an original and medicinal bouquet. <br /><br />TYPE: Cognac<br /><br />PRODUCTION AREA: Jarnac<br /><br />RAW MATERIAL: 14 kg of Williams pears and Cognac 1er Cru Grande Champagne.<br /><br />DISTILLATION: The pears, from the Black Forest region, are harvested in autumn when they reach full maturity and when their skins take on a pinkish-amber colour. They<br />are stored in a cold place while waiting to be used to produce the aroma.<br /><br />COLOUR: Intense amber<br /><br />BOUQUET: It combines the typical olfactory scents of Cognac with the fruity aromas of Williams pears.<br /><br />PAIRINGS: Excellent as a digestive, but if served very cold, together with two thirds of Champagne, it is also delicious as an aperitif.<br /><br />TASTE: In tasting, it offers a unique and harmonious blend.<br />

<br /><br />TYPE: Cognac<br /><br />PRODUCTION AREA: Juillac-Le-Coq<br /><br />RAW MATERIAL: Ugni Blanc<br /><br />DISTILLATION: The white wine, obtained from the must, is distilled over a direct fire in a charentais alembic twice: the first batch produces the brouillis, which has an alcohol<br />content of around 28 or 30 degrees, while the second batch, the bonne chauffe, distils the white wine.<br /><br />COLOUR: Brilliant and clear<br /><br />BOUQUET: It has a bouquet of light, fresh, floral scents.<br /><br />TASTE: On tasting, it proves to be lively, with aromas of vine flowers, lime blossom, fruity notes and a hint of citrus peel.<br />
