The ageing time follows the rhythms<br />of nature: 18 months pass from moon to moon.<br /><br />The perfume becomes intense, more ethereal and harmonious, the taste loses its initial sharpness and rounds off to give an elegant and silky mouthfeel. The colour reaches<br />a warm amber tone. The Master Distiller follows its maturation until it reaches the ideal blend and full harmony between wood and Grappa. Buckingham Palace Gin was first launched in July 2020.<br />This distillate has a unique royal origin, with many of its citrus and herbaceous botanicals harvested from the gardens of Buckingham Palace. It is a London Dry gin,<br />produced in small batches of about a thousand bottles at a time in traditional pot stills. Verbena, hawthorn, laurel, mulberry are some of the twelve botanical components<br />selected from the gardens.<br />Chamomile flowers are used for a floral component. The nose is fresh with citrus notes that stand out against the other botanicals, while the aroma of juniper berries is light.<br />On the palate, flavours of verbena, hawthorn, laurel, mulberry and chamomile flowers.
