We pick the blossoms in mid-May in valley locations and from the beginning of June in the mountains, just<br />above 800 metres, so that we can bring the best product to the bottle for you. We use freshly harvested elderflowers to make our liqueur. They are cold-infused in high<br />quality grappa for approximately 20 days. The resulting product is mixed with alcohol and lemon. Most Barrique Cherry<br />Most, the grape brandy, was born in 1985 in the Tosolini distillery from the pressing of fine grapes still fresh from the harvest. The berries, with their fragrant and sugary pulp,<br />are transformed into must, distilled according to the 'Tosolini Method' with traditional Charante steam stills. The resulting distillate matures in small cherry wood barriques<br />for several months in the distillery's cellars under the control and seal of the Customs and Monopolies Agency. With its unmistakable inverted goblet bottle, this masterpiece<br />bears the signature of its creator, Bepi Tosolini, master distiller in Udine.<br /><br /><br />Variety: Cabernet Franc and Refosco grapes<br />Alcohol content: 40%.<br />Colour: straw yellow with orange reflections<br />Distillation: artisanal discontinuous with Charante steam stills<br />Sensory profile: elegant taste, with a strong aromatic imprint of undergrowth and an aftertaste of ripe fruit, plums, blackberries, blueberries and cherries in alcohol.<br />Enveloping and delicate on the palate and velvety on the finish.<br />Serving suggestion: Serve at room temperature in the classic tulip glass.<br />
