Diciotto Lune 41% Vol....

Diciotto Lune 41% Vol....

Grappa Stravecchia is emblematic of the culture, care and art of distilling. Obtained from the distillation in Bain-Marie in a discontinuous still of both red and white pomace. It
is matured in small barrels of Cherry, Ash, Oak and Robinia, each giving its own characteristics of perfume, aroma, colour and flavour. The ageing time follows the rhythms
of nature: 18 months pass from moon to moon.

The perfume becomes intense, more ethereal and harmonious, the taste loses its initial sharpness and rounds off to give an elegant and silky mouthfeel. The colour reaches
a warm amber tone. The Master Distiller follows its maturation until it reaches the ideal blend and full harmony between wood and Grappa. Thus is born Diciotto Lune
Marzadro, a refined meditation Grappa.

Bouquet: intense, sweet
Structure: soft, dry

Alcohol content (% Vol.): 41
Ageing: 18 months in Cherry, Ash, Oak and Robinia barrels
Grappa di Barolo 9 anni...

VINE: Nebbiolo da Barolo.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 50% by volume.

BOTTLE VOLUME: 70cl.

AGEING: 9 years in small oak barrels.

TASTING: Extremely limpid amber in colour, this grappa is very smooth from its 50 degrees. Its aromatic complex is extraordinarily broad and articulate, with a prevalence of
the fruity range, which allows one to perceive an exceptional variety and completeness: from dried fruit to cooked and syrupy fruit to prunes and sultanas. This ensemble is
joined by a floral note that gives distinctly honey notes. Another distinctive trait, given the long ageing, is the spicy range, dominated by the scent of wood from the barrique,
which gives the distillate scents of cinnamon, tobacco and liquorice, with a vanilla background.

PACKAGING: The bottles, with numbered labels, are packaged in elegant cardboard drawer cases.
Grappa di Barolo 15 anni...

VINE: Nebbiolo da Barolo.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 50% by volume.

BOTTLE VOLUME: 20cl. (indicative photo)

AGEING: 15 years in small oak and acacia barrels.

TASTING: The long ageing gives this grappa a unique sensory imprint. Its extremely deep colour heralds that aromatic power and softness that are later found during tasting.
It is a dry and austere distillate, which does not indulge in cloying notes: the aromatic profile is dominated by spices (cloves, pepper, nutmeg, aniseed, liquorice, tobacco)
and hints of the barrique. However, the scents of the raw material used are not covered, but are instead accompanied by notes of plum, candied fruit and dried fruits such as
hazelnut and almond. All in an extremely frank whole.

PACKAGING: The bottles, with numbered labels, are packaged in elegant cardboard drawer cases.
