Roger Bitter Amaro extra...

Roger Bitter Amaro extra...

I always hear the same things. That's enough, leave me alone! I'm not going to live like you rich, fools and liars, you only want success and have no respect for nature. I
prefer to be alone, I cannot accept what you are doing, you cowards! You have thrown me out just for expressing my thoughts, calling me crazy. I will live Sotto Banco with
the knowledge that I will die poor, but without compromise.

Roger Bitter Extra Strong. Born from the inspiration of its creator, Ivano Trombino, in full respect of the cyclical nature. It is the result of a careful selection of citrus fruits and
bittering botanicals, cultivated and selected by our Agricultural Company Rurale Vecchio Magazzino Doganale, in Calabria. A unique and countercultural product,
sometimes edgy enough to be labelled 'Keep Under Counter'.
It's a Bitter... It's a Bitter... Its natural colouring and strong character make it ideal, consumed neat as an after-meal, for lovers of true bitter taste. Formidable in blending.

' Cloudy from birth. '
Jefferson Amaro Importante...

Jefferson Amaro Importante...

Jefferson
I immediately thought of a natural and authentic bitter like this land, Calabria

For fun we started selling our liqueurs. Jefferson was convinced he had the best bitter in the world, perhaps he was right, so much so that on his label he wrote: 'Amaro
Importante'. Merit for the success he had achieved in the great salons of Italy and Europe. Gil and Roger never expected so much recognition.

Jefferson Amaro Importante. An Amaro Importante, as the label says, made in an authentic, rural way by paying close attention to the provenance of the raw material. Our
Rural Agricultural Company Vecchio Magazzino Doganale cultivates and selects the botanicals and citrus fruits in Calabria. It is bergamot, bitter and sweet oranges,
rosemary, eucalyptus and oregano that, combined with other bittering herbs, make Jefferson natural and unique. Its Mediterranean yet complex taste can be enjoyed both at
room temperature and chilled. Original in blends, in the great classics, as a bitter or in support of vermouths.
It is truly the best liqueur in the world.
Worthy Park 2007 70 cl /...

Worthy Park 2007 70 cl /...

Type: Pure Single Rum
Raw material: Molasses
Fermentation: Selected yeasts
Production method: Pot Still distillation
Ageing: Tropical
Box: Yes

Why it's different

Worthy Park 2007 is a bottling of the WPL brand, with congeners between 60 and 119 g / hLAP. Distilled in 2007 from molasses from the Worthy Park Estate's sugar cane
mill. It is a Pure Single Rum aged in the distillery's tropical climate warehouse and was bottled at 59% full cask grade, with an angel's share after 10 years of 64%. The label
shows the copper double retort still made by Scottish Forsyths for Worthy Park Distillery. No sugar, caramel or additives are added at bottling.
How to drink it

Drink it straight, letting it breathe, possibly with water to have a slight dilution at will. It can be used in blending as a 'cut' to enrich any type of classic rum-based cocktail.
Focus

Worthy Park 2007 Habitation Velier is the first bottling that bears the name of the Jamaican distillery on the label, different from the previous editions that were called
'Forsyths', inspired by the double retort copper still used for the production of all Worthy Park Estate rums. Worthy Park allocates part of its production to 'bulk' marketing,
rums which are then destined for blended rums or for selections of independent bottlers, provided that the name of the distillery is not put on their labels. The project carried
out in collaboration with Luca Gargano is not a simple independent bottling project. On the contrary, we could consider it 'dependent bottling', since the labels highlight the
fundamental points of production, such as the origin of the molasses, the type of still, the year of distillation and bottling, the percentage of angel's share, the mark,
specifying the level of esters and congeners as well as, of course, the fact that ageing takes place in a tropical climate at the distillery, information that is not usually
declared in independent bottling, since barrels are always purchased through rum merchants and never directly from the distillery. After the first editions, Worthy Park
allowed Luca to use the official name of the distillery, so from the 2007 release the name Worthy Park will always appear on the label.
