Walnut liqueur is a speciality of the Dauphiné.<br /><br />The Noix des Pères Chartreux is made according to an old Dauphiné recipe.<br /><br />The green walnuts are collected on St John's Day, then macerated in alcohol. The Fathers also add a decoction of plants, which give it its particular aroma.<br /><br />100cl - 23% alcohol<br />
