<br /><br /><br />TYPE: Japanese Whisky<br /><br />PRODUCTION AREA: Akashi White Oak Distillery<br /><br />RAW MATERIAL: 70% grain whisky, 30% malted barley.<br /><br />DISTILLATION: Double distillation through 2 pot stills. The distillery's stills only operate for one month a year, so the amount of whisky produced is always very limited.<br /><br />COLOUR: Amber<br /><br />BOUQUET: It has light and delicate scents, among which we recognise notes of cereals, honeyed scents and nuances of yellow fruit.<br /><br />FLAVOUR: The taste is soft, intense and slightly spicy, with aromas that recall the olfactory scents, and with flavours of vanilla, almond and camomile.<br />
