GRAPE BRANDY<br /><br />MOST, the grape must brandy, is produced by crushing freshly harvested grapes. The berries, with their fragrant and sugary pulp, are transformed into must, distilled<br />according to the 'Tosolini method' with Charantea steam stills (double distillation).With an aromatic bouquet and hints of flowers, MOST originates from the rarest and most<br />precious Friulian vines.The bottle of MOST, with its upside-down goblet shape, is the trademark of the Tosolini distillery, unmistakable and precious.<br /><br />Varieties: Friulano, Fragolino, Moscato and Merlot grapes.<br />Alcohol content: 40% vol.<br />Artisanal distillation: discontinuous, with Charante steam stills.<br />Maturation:6 months in steel containers<br />Colour:white, transparent<br />Body: delicate and intense<br />Sensory profile: very elegant taste with strong floral and red berry fruit notes. Enveloping and delicate on the palate, velvety on the finish, the softness of the Most and its rich<br />and full taste are released at the first sip.<br />Serving suggestion: serve at room temperature in the classic tulip glass. During the summer period the best temperature is the cellar temperature of around 16/18°C.<br />
