Fernet is a liqueur that originated in Milan in the 18th and 19th centuries. It proved effective against a cholera epidemic. It has tonic and digestive functions. Distillery<br />Romano Levi<br /><br />Features<br /><br />Alembic: discontinuous copper still, the only one in the world still working with direct fire for the distillation of grappa.<br /><br />Grape varieties:<br />Nebbiolo da Barbaresco Docg, Dolcetto d'Alba Doc and Barbera d'Alba Doc.<br />Origin and storage of the pomace: Neive, Barbaresco, Trezzo, Treiso and Alba.
