The barrique has allowed the spicy aromas<br />to develop exceptionally well in the distillate, with very sharp notes ranging from pepper to cloves, from nutmeg to tobacco, from aniseed to liquorice. This very sharp tip<br />accompanies the heart of the raw material, which is revealed with fruity aromas of jam, fruit in syrup, baked apple, prune, sultana, almond and walnut. This is followed by a<br />hint of flowers and honey.
