Teroldego 2022 FORADORI 0,75 l
Foradori

The Campo Rotaliano is a well-demarcated geographical area, a sort of indentation of the
Valle dell'Adige, wedged between the mountains.
Its history and formation are linked to the Noce River, which for centuries has carried limestone, granite and porphyritic debris. Within this small plain, depending on the
basic soil content, it is possible to differentiate micro zones that have been given different names by the winemakers.
It is through gathering together the grapes of some of these micro zones, characterized by predominantly sandy soils and with different quality requirements that the
Foradori is born.

Name of wine: Foradori - Teroldego Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT
Grape: Teroldego
Vineyard location: pergola and guyot vines in Mezzolombardo - Campo Rotaliano
Hectares: 9 hectares across various plots
Terroir: Alluvial, gravel and sand
Fermentation and fining: Cement tanks, 12 months in barrel and cement
Annual production: 50.000 bottles
Pinot Grigio DOC 2023 Elena...

Pinot Grigio DOC 2023 Elena...

VARIETY
100% Pinot Grigio

VINIFICATION
After harvest, the grapes are carefully crushed and pressed. The fresh must is statically clarified at low temperatures and then gently fermented at a controlled temperature
of 20°C in steel tanks. The young wine matures in steel tanks for several months on its fine lees.

TASTING NOTES
Our Pinot Grigio captivates with light straw yellow and fruity notes of ripe pears, white pepper and a bit of sage in the nose. Mineral- salty richness and a crisp acidity are
distinctive on the palate. A wine with backbone!

TERROIR
Steep slopes with southeast and southwest orientation between 250 and 600m. An interplay of brisk mountain and warmer mid-level vineyards. Calcareous soils with clay,
sand and porphyric parts. Handpicked with the utmost care.

VINTAGE 2023
We are delighted with an interesting 2023 vintage! Even though we have experienced a challenging growing season with alternating warm and cool periods with some rain,
we have had a fantastic harvest season with the best possible weather conditions for ripening. After a midsummery June and July, followed by high rainfall at the beginning of
August, the grapes were able to benefit and ripen for a long time from the optimal conditions with plenty of sunshine. Harvest began late in early September with ideal
weather conditions which were only replaced by more unstable weather towards the end. Warm daytime temperatures and cool nights allowed the grapes to reach optimum
ripeness with balanced acidity levels and clear fruit, and good structure.

FOOD PAIRING
An extremely versatile wine for many occasions and interesting combinations: as an aperitif as well as an
accompaniment to full-bodied first courses, drilled fish dishes and cheese fondue.

Appellation: Alto Adige DOC
Alcohol: 13,00 % Vol.
Gewürztraminer 'Kastelaz'...

Gewürztraminer 'Kastelaz'...

VINTAGE 2022
An excellent vintage 2022 is awaiting you! As a result of the warm, stable summer, grapes of the very best health and with balanced values have reached our cellar. The
2022 wine year began with a warm spring, which led to an early start of flowering. The succeeding summer was consistently dry and warm-to-hot by the midsummer. The
drought did not cause any problems, not at least thanks to our irrigation systems and smart technology. The warm summer months have resulted in extraordinarily healthy
grapes of very good quality and maturity. The acidity values were somewhat lower due to the vintage, but well balanced and were supported by targeted foliage work during
the summer months, and a slightly earlier harvest. The first grapes were harvested at the end of August - as always entirely by hand. Overall, the wines show complexity,
great structure and very good fruit.

VINIFICATION
Very carefully selected, fully ripe grapes get selected, picked in two harvests. Before pressing, the crushed berries are cold macerated for 6 hours, after which the juice is
clarified by refrigeration and natural sedimentation. Fermentation is activated using selected yeasts and the temperature is controlled at 18°C. The young wine remains on
its lees for several months.

Variety: 100% Gewürztraminer
Alcohol: 14,00% Vol
Lupicaia 2018 Castello del...

Lupicaia 2018 Castello del...

Denomination: I.G.T. Rosso Toscana (Lupicaia)
Producer: Gian Annibale Rossi di Medelana,Vittorio Piozzo di
Rosignano Rossi di Medelana
First vintage: 1993
Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot
Analytical data: Alcohol degree: 14.50%.
Soil type: The soils are rich in iron minerals with the presence of stones and fossils. Facing the Mediterranean Sea, they benefit from a unique reflection of the sun, a
moderate breeze from the coast and the abundance of sunlight promotes unique ripening.

Training system: Spurred Cordon
Planting density: 3,600 vines/Ha for old vineyards; 5,600 vines/Ha for new vineyards

Climatic trend: 2016 was certainly one of the most regular vintages of the last decade. Rainfall met the vines' needs punctually: abundant in March, regular in May and June,
important at the end of July and, finally, a warm and sunny August and mid-September. Temperatures were optimal: a mild end to the winter that had caused concern was
then regularised by a tenably cool spring that slowed down the development of the bunches, which then benefited from the hot but not torrid summer, with significant
temperature swings. Cluster growth was regular and optimal, production was good and ripening was perfect.

Harvest period: Harvesting was strictly by hand and took place for the Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from mid-September. After an initial selection in the
vineyard at the time of manual harvesting, the Lupicaia grapes are carefully selected a second time on arrival at the winery on the sorting table.

Winemaking notes: After manual selection on the sorting table, the grapes are gently destemmed and pressed, taking care not to break the skin of the berries. Meticulous
alcoholic fermentation takes place in our stainless steel open-cap fermenters at a controlled temperature with maceration of the grapes for about 20 days. Daily dèlestages
allowed the perfect extraction of the bouquet
aromas and the right tannic balance, with an important structure that will allow for long ageing.

Ageing: Ageing takes place in new French oak tonneaux for a period of about 22 months followed by further ageing in bottles before release.
Alie rosè Ammiraglia 2023...

Alie rosè Ammiraglia 2023...

Alìe 2023
Toscana IGT

Alìe, a figure from Greek mythology, one of the sea nymphs, symbol of sensuality and beauty. Alìe, an elegant rosé with a light, pure colour and subtle ruby hues. A fine
balance between Syrah and Vermentino, which find their ultimate expression in close proximity to the sea. Aromas of white flowers, wild strawberries and citrus fruit rind
blend into a delicate structure with mineral hints typical of the area, giving a long and rich finish. Charming as an aperitif or with meals and good company.

Climatic trend
The 2023 vintage was characterised by a mild winter with plenty of rain, concentrated mainly in December and January. The rains in March and April allowed the plants to
develop a vigorous, strong leaf wall, ensuring excellent vegetative development; the increase in temperatures and amount of water accumulated during the spring period led
to good cluster development in the summer period. The excellent summer temperatures and temperature fluctuations between day and night allowed aromatic substances to
accumulate on a large scale; the harvest period, characterised mainly by sunny days, enabled grapes to be picked at an optimal degree of ripeness. All this has translated
into highly structured wines with great aromatic expression.

Technical notes
Wine Variety: Syrah, Vermentino
Alcohol content: 12%
Maturation: 3 months in steel tanks

Vinification and ageing
Alìe's secret lies in the nature of the land, the vineyard management, and, of course, the human element. The grapes, once harvested, were transported to the cellar quickly
in order not to spoil or damage the bunches. One of the highlights of the production of Alìe was the pressing phase.Whole bunches were loaded into the press, an oxygen-
free environment. The pressure applied during this phase was extremely soft and gentle; this process, together with the carefully selected must and its subsequent
decanting for no fewer than 12 hours, helped to bring out the distinctive characteristics of this tempting rosé. The fermentations took place in stainless steel tanks at a
controlled temperature below 19° C. After maturing for a few months on fine lees, later including a period in the bottle, Alìe 2022 has turned out as persuasive and charming
as usual.

Tasting notes
Alìe 2023 is characterised by its splendid pale pink colour. The bouquet is complex, with sensations that recall citrus notes, nectarine peach, floral notes of peony and rose.
It continues with notes of aromatic herbs, such as thyme, sage and rosemary. The iodine notes are beautiful. There is a notable harmony in taste and aroma. Your palate
will detect a beautiful freshness and notable flavour.
