Lugana 2022 CA'DEI FRATI 375ml

Lugana 2022 CA'DEI FRATI 375ml

I Frati
Lugana Doc

The wine that has made the company's image known and continues to do so. It has a direct link with its variety, Turbiana, our indigenous vine. Conceived to be consumed
during the year, it expresses its best side many years after bottling. In its youth it is fresh, linear and endowed with great finesse and elegance with delicate notes of white
flowers and balsamic, hints of apricot and almond. Time allows it to evolve, expressing its mineral notes with greater determination. The wine acquires its own complexity
with hints of iodine, spices and candied fruit. In the mouth it is capable of enveloping the whole palate thanks to an important savoury essence accompanied by lively and
exuberant acidity. When young, it is best served at a temperature of around 10 degrees, with cold or warm but delicate hors d'oeuvres and with boiled, steamed or grilled fish
dishes.
Technical data

Grape varieties used: Turbiana 100%.
Soil composition: calcareous - clayey
Training system: Simple and double Guyot
Planting system: 2.30 x 0.70
Yield per hectare: 90 quintals
Type of vinification: steel
Malolactic: Not carried out
Ageing and development: in steel on fine lees for a minimum of 6 months, followed by 2 months in bottle
Alcohol content: 13%.
Total acidity: 6.40 g/L
Volatile acidity: 0.30 g/L
pH: 3.20
Dry extract: 21 g/L
Ronchedone 2021 Ca dei...

Ronchedone 2021 Ca dei...

Ronchedone
Red wine

In the area where the first moraine hills rise, red wines of considerable depth and power are also obtained, and Ronchedone is an absolute demonstration of this. Strongly
desired from the moment it was felt that certain areas and certain microclimates were suitable for making a wine like this. Marzemino, Sangiovese and 10% Cabernet make
it a wine that cannot go unnoticed. The nose is very rich with notes of red fruits, macerated blueberries, marasca cherries under spirits, balsamic and jammy hints. The
palate is powerful and incisive, clean, savoury, with a fine acidity that is a sign of the Benaco soil. Ideal with red meats with medium and long cooking, game birds and fur,
mature cheeses, rich pastas and soups with meat.

Technical data
Grape varieties used: Marzemino, Sangiovese and Cabernet 10%.
Soil composition: calcareous - clayey, loamy and sandy
Training system: Simple Guyot and spurred cordon
Type of vinification: maceration in steel with prolonged contact
Malolactic fermentation: carried out
Ageing and evolution: in barriques for 14 months, followed by 10 months in bottles
Alcohol content: 14.5%.
Total acidity: 6.0 g/L
Volatile acidity: 0.42 g/L
pH: 3.60
Dry extract: 36 g/L
Pinot nero 2019 riserva...

Pinot nero 2019 riserva...

Cultivation area

Years of testing by vinification of small quantities of wine have finally led us to the ideal site, the monopollage Ganger. It is located in Mazon, at an altitude of 360 to 380
metres above sea level, facing southwest, with a slope of 3-5%, and is characterised by a unique microclimate and deep clay and limestone soils. It is the place of origin of
the Vigna Ganger Pinot Noir Riserva.
Vinification and ageing

The fully ripe grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September and delivered in small containers. The grapes - one fifth of which are vinified as whole clusters - are then
gravity-fed into steel vats where fermentation takes place (25 days). After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is matured in barriques for 20 months. Finally, the wine is
stored in the bottle for another 18 months.
Wine portrait

Intense ruby red with aromas of ripe fruit, sour cherries, wild berries, raspberries and a slight hint of marzipan. The wine presents itself elegant and refined with good acidity
and spiciness. It has a filigree and at the same time complex structure as well as soft and balanced tannins. This wine elegantly accompanies main courses based on red
meat, roast meat and game. It also goes well with mature cheeses.
Growing region: Mazon
Grape variety: Pinot Noir
Serving temperature: 14°-15° C
