Hebo<br />Merlot 55%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%, Cabernet<br />Franc 10% e Sangiovese 15%<br /><br />The name of an Etruscan settlement of ancient origin, Hebo recalls the historical roots of Suvereto.<br /><br />It is produced from a classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese, vines introduced to the area by Elisa Bonaparte Baciocchi, princess of Piombino from<br />1805 and enlightened woman of wine.<br /><br />The ruby colour is bright, the aromas reveal fresh scents of sour cherries, violets and blueberries, before turning to seductive mineral hints and nuances of Mediterranean<br />scrub.<br /><br />On the palate, the wine is structured but fresh, savoury and with good momentum. The finish is pleasantly fruity, delicate in its savoury character and with gentle tannins.<br /><br />Production methodSun, wind and three complementary soils<br />The production method is rigorously aimed at defending the territorial connotation.<br /><br />The grapes are harvested in boxes, fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts and vinification takes place in steel tanks. The wine is aged for about a year in<br />Slavonian oak barrels and a small percentage of used barriques. Refinement in the bottle lasts 6 months.<br /><br />Alcohol: 13.5 % - Total acidity 5.6 - pH 3.65<br />

This blend obtained from Montepulciano<br />and Sangiovese grapes, cultivated in the restricted and most vocated area of the Rosso Piceno D.O.C. denomination, through ageing in wood enhances its natural qualities<br />to a clearly superior level.<br /><br />SENSORY ANALYSIS<br />A wine with an intense ruby red colour. The nose reveals a very broad aromatic complex in which notes of cherry and plum blend with those of sweet spices (cinnamon<br />and liquorice). The taste is full-bodied, rightly tannic and on the whole harmonious.<br /><br />VINE: 70% Montepulciano, 30% Sangiovese.<br />VINEYARD AGE: 20-25 years with south-east exposure and altitude 250-300 m<br />SOIL: Clayey and loamy.<br />TRAINING: Double Guyot and spurred cordon.<br />YIELD: 70 HL/ha<br />HARVEST: Manual harvest with selection of the bunches from the first to the<br />second decade of October.<br />VINIFICATION: Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel for 2<br />weeks.<br />AGING: In French oak barrels for 12-15 months.<br />ALCOHOL: 13.5% Vol<br />IDEAL TEMPERATURE: 16°C-18°C<br />

Trento d.o.c. blanc de blancspas dosè<br />It is the unceasing work of numerous sparkling wine producers who strongly believe in the territory and in the quality of a unique wine: producing a Trentodoc sparkling<br />wine is a precious art, a vocation, a skill.<br /><br />The skilful hands of Marchesi Guerrieri Gonzaga have given life to a new expression of their savoir faire with Trentodoc sparkling wine, a tribute to the mountains of<br />Trentino where it originates.<br />Marchesi Guerrieri Gonzaga sparkling wine is a Blanc de Blancs Pas Dosè. It is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes cultivated in the Pressano hills at an altitude of 400<br />metres, on marly-calcareous soils that produce structured wines, and in the upper Cembra valley at an altitude of between 400 and 700 metres on sandy soils of porphyry<br />origin, where more floral wines are produced, with a marked acidity and great freshness. The harvest is carried out exclusively by hand between the last ten days of August<br />and the first days of September. The grapes are immediately processed and fermentation is carried out exclusively in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The wine<br />remains for at least 8 months on its yeasts, which give it complexity before being bottled. It then remains for a minimum of 36 months in refinement where the magic of the<br />wine comes to life. Finally, after disgorging, it rests a further 6 months in the silence of the cellars. The blend of these grapes from such different vineyards gives rise to an<br />extremely elegant and vertical sparkling wine with a strong identity, a tribute to the wonderful mountains of Trentino.<br />
