A wine with seductive fruit sweetness, spicy fragrance and excellent acidity.<br /><br />Description: Strong green-yellow, pleasant fruit aromas of quince, pear and honeydew melon.<br />honeydew melon. A very dense versatile Pinot Grigio on the palate with fresh acidity.<br /><br />Ageing potential: 3-5 years.<br /><br />Recommended food: Pair with appetizers of all kinds, seafood and fish, and lightly spiced white meat dishes.<br /><br />Serving temperature: 10-12° C.<br /><br />Grape variety: Pinot grigio/Ruländer.<br /><br />Vineyards: Vineyards on a gentle slope with moderately heavy gravelly-sandy soil.<br /><br />Yield: 50 hl/ha<br /><br />Vinification: Cool fermentation at 18° C in stainless steel for about 14 days. Part of the must ferments in large wooden barrels. Brut<br />Alto Adige - South Tyrol DOC<br />Grape variety: Pinot Bianco 30%, Chardonnay 60%,Pinot Nero 10%<br />Growing region: Medium-high hills in Überetsch and Unterland<br />Altitude: 450 - 700 m.a.s.l.<br />Soil type: Predominantly loose limestone soils, with a good clay content and a normal presence of organic substances.<br />Ripening system: pergola and trellis<br />Planting density: 3,300 - 3,500 plants per hectare for the pergola, 5,000 - 6,000 for the espalier.<br />Alcohol content: 12.50 % vol.<br /><br />Product description: the three grape varieties are vinified separately, gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 14°-16°C. The wine is aged in stainless<br />steel on the lees of the first fermentation until spring. The tirage liqueur is added to the base wine and it is bottled, sealed with crown caps and stored in the cellar at 10°-12°<br />C so that the second fermentation can begin. Once completed, the wine remains on its lees for at least 24 months before being disgorged and put on the market.<br />Organoleptic characteristics: Bright straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage, fruity scents with balanced yeast notes. On the palate, fresh, dry, very persistent and with a<br />pleasant aftertaste of dried fruits.<br />Gastronomic recommendations: Classic aperitif, good companion also with light starters and with the whole menu of simple fish dishes.<br />

Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay.<br /><br />Vinification: Selection of grapes, chilling and soft pressing of 7 crus, fermentation in 300 L French oak barrels and ageing 'sur lies' for 12 months, with weekly<br />bâtonnages. Barriques used 50% new and 50% second passage. Bottle-ageing for 12 months.<br /><br />Sensory notes: straw yellow with golden reflections. Intense and complex on the nose, with aromas of white fruit, hazelnut, vanilla, banana and candied citron and mineral<br />and spicy nuances. The palate is dense and rich, with an elegant and harmonious finish.<br /><br />Serving temperature: 13/15 °C<br /><br />Pairings: foie gras, tagliolini with truffles, fillet in a hazelnut crust, fondue from Valle d'Aosta.<br /><br />Curiosity: Our Chardonnay Cuvée Bois at the top of national and international quality is recognised for its elegance and style.
