Obtained with 7%<br />grapes from the Bouzy Grand Cru, a rare and elusive red wine terroir in the northernmost part of the region, which gives the blend an inimitable colour, fruity taste and<br />texture.<br /><br />A unique blend of still white wines from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes vinified separately, with 7% Bouzy Grand Cru red wines vinified to be soft yet intense. This<br />method consolidates the full and intense character of Pinot Noir with the characteristic freshness of Chardonnay. Made with 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay.<br /><br />Lallier's Rosé illuminates every aperitif moment with a delicate, sumptuous touch and bursting fruit. R.019 expresses the heart of Lallier signature<br />style, the perfect balance of our four atmospheres: Freshness, Purity, Depth and Intensity.<br /><br />THE ORIGINS<br /><br />Sourced predominantly from the 2019 harvest, which makes up 88% of the blend. Grapes were sourced from over 50 crus within Côte des Blancs, Montagne de<br />Reims,Vallée de la Marne and Côte des Bar regions, early September yielling top quality grapes with a great level of maturity.<br /><br />THE BLEND<br /><br />The harvest of 2019, which makes up 88% of R.019 offers intense fruity notes with a delicate sweetness. The remaining 12% is made up of reserve wines from the<br />harvests of 2018 and 2012, each dominated respectively by intensity and fruitiness.<br /><br />Color: light golden colour with jade reflections.<br />Nose: fresh citrus fruits (lemon and tangerine) supported by notes of white fruits (vine peach, green apple). A touch of brioche and light spice completes the aromatic<br />intensity.<br />Palate: frank intensity in the attack, delicate fruitiness, and silky texture. The finish is long and deep with a beautiful aromatic persistence.<br />

Awards<br /><br />2019 | Decanter | 95 points<br />2019 | Genuss Magazin | 91 points<br /><br />Grape varieties<br /><br />Merlot 35%, Cabernet Franc 30%, Pinot Noir 14%, Tempranillo 6%, Syrah 6%, Lagrein 5%, Petit Verdot 4%<br /><br />Location &amp; soil<br /><br />Our best red wine sites in Manincor, at Seehof, Panholzerhof and in Mazzon, between 250 and 500 m above sea-level, with strong clayey soils interspersed with limestone<br />gravel and other glacial rock deposits.<br /><br />Vintage<br /><br />2023 was a challenging year with climatic conditions that were anything but easy. Through hard work and meticulous attention to detail, we ultimately achieved great results.<br />Our vines coped well with both the wet spring and the hot and dry summer, and the golden autumn helped us achieve perfect ripeness. Physiolog-ical ripeness, sugar<br />ripeness and acidity are in perfect balance. Ripe fruit, cool character and moderate alcohol characterise the vintage.<br />From mid-September to the end of October, we were able to harvest all our red wine varieties at the best time. The average yield per hectare was 53 hl.<br /><br />Winemaking<br /><br />La Rose de Manincor is the result of the top red wine batches being made by the saignée method, i.e. bleeding off a proportion of wine after only short contact with the<br />skins - in this case 6 to 12 hours; it increases the ratio of skins to juice in the vat in order to obtain a red wine with more colour and tannin. Consequently the composition<br />and character of the rosé wine may vary slightly from year to year. The lightly coloured juice so obtained is fermented in oak barrels partially using yeasts occurring<br />naturally on the grapes. I Frati<br />Lugana Doc<br /><br />The wine that has made the company's image known and continues to do so. It has a direct link with its variety, Turbiana, our indigenous vine. Conceived to be consumed<br />during the year, it expresses its best side many years after bottling. In its youth it is fresh, linear and endowed with great finesse and elegance with delicate notes of white<br />flowers and balsamic, hints of apricot and almond. Time allows it to evolve, expressing its mineral notes with greater determination. The wine acquires its own complexity<br />with hints of iodine, spices and candied fruit. In the mouth it is capable of enveloping the whole palate thanks to an important savoury essence accompanied by lively and<br />exuberant acidity. First born among the wines that make up the MOMA line dedicated to the world of art, the label bears the work Golden Glass by Milanese artist Beatrice Pani, first prize-<br />winner at the third edition of the Umberto Cesari Art Contest.<br /><br />Blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grown on medium-textured clay soils. The vineyards have an average age of 15 years and a yield of 80 quintals of<br />grapes per hectare. Fermented in vertical steel vats at controlled temperature for 12-14 days. Matured for 6 months in 30 HL Slavonian oak casks and a further 3 months in<br />bottle.<br /><br />Colour: light red with violet reflections.<br />Bouquet: intense plum, violet and red fruits.<br />Taste: pleasantly velvety on the palate, with the fruity hints typical of Sangiovese, the softness of Merlot and the 'balsamicity' of Cabernet Sauvignon.
