PINOT NERO RISERVA 'Matan'<br />GRAPE VARIETY: Pinot Noir<br />DESIGNATION: South Tyrol DOC<br />DESCRIPTION: Pinot Nero Matan comes from the most precious Pinot Noir vineyards in Montan. A wine with terroir, well-structured, with a pronounced elegance, rich in<br />aromatic nuances. The large temperature differences between day and night during the ripening period give this strong, dark red wine a particularly fruity character and imbue<br />the forest berry-scented Matan with longevity and race.<br />VINIFICATION: Fermentation takes place for 14-16 days in the fermentation tank with continuous submersion of the marc.
