Sylvaner Südt. DOC 750ml...
This grape variety most likely originates from Germany and was introduced to South Tyrol around 1900; today it is mainly cultivated in the Eisack Valley. The Sylvaner grape
feels particularly at home in the not too high, airy and warm slopes of the central Valle Isarco. The shallow, gravelly, weathered soils give the wine its incomparable delicacy
and elegance, which, although reminiscent of the wines of the same name on the other side of the Alps, unmistakably reflects the peculiarity of the Valle Isarco.

Grape variety: Sylvaner
Growing altitude: 520 - 850 m
Soil: mineral-rich, gravelly diorite and quartz phyllite weathered soils
Vinification: gentle processing and pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation and ageing on fine yeast in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation

Colour: light lemon yellow
Taste: dry, aromatic, pleasantly fresh with a balanced body
Aroma: delicate, typical of the variety, fruity, of peach, apple, apricot

Analytical values:
Alcohol content 13.50 % vol.
Residual sugar 2.3 g/l
Total acidity 6.4 g/l
Müller Thurgau Südt. 750ml...
Müller Thurgau originated from a cross between Riesling and Madeleine Royale and is named after its breeder, Prof. Hermann Müller, who came from Thurgau (Switzerland)
and carried out the extremely successful cross at the end of the 19th century in Geisenheim (Germany). In the Eisack Valley, this variety thrives mainly at higher altitudes
on warm sloping terraces with a very fine soil structure. The climate, which becomes harsher as the altitude increases, and above all the warm days and cool nights during
the ripening period, give Müller Thurgau the freshness and variety of aromas that make it so sought-after.

Vintage 2023
Variety Müller Thurgau
Altitude 550 - 970 m
Orientation south east
Slope 55%
Yield per hectare 70 hl
Training system guyot
Period of harvest mid september
Soil Stony, lean, skeleton-rich alluvial soils containing diorite and quartz phyllite
Vinification Delicate processing and crushing, controlled temperature fermentation and ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation
Characteristic
Color from greenish to straw yellow
Nose intense, characteristic with light muscat and elder flower scents
Taste fresh and spiced, marked character, slightly aromatic and with a full and pleasant body
Ageing capacity 5 years
Pairing
recommendations
ligth appetizers, baked or grilled shellfish, velvety soups, light egg-based dishes, excellent as an aperitif
Serving temperature 8° C - 10°C

Analytical data
Alcohol 12,5 % vol.
Residual sugar 2,2 g/l
total acidity 6 g/l

Recycling Info:

Check the regulations of your municipality
Bottle GL 71 - glass - waste glass collection
Closure FOR 51 - cork - sep. collection for organic waste
Capsule C/ALU 90 - aluminium - aluminium and metal collection
Chardonnay DOC Caliz 2023...

The name 'Caliz' is derived from the Latin terms Calix (calyx) and Calx (limestone). The Chardonnay Caliz grows exclusively on light gravel soils with a high dolomite-lime
content.

The yield has been reduced to 70 hl per hectare of vineyard. The delicate bouquet is reminiscent of ripe pineapple, baby bananas and lime peel. The characteristic
Mediterranean fruitiness is complemented by a taut acidity structure from selected Chardonnay lots from higher altitude vineyards. The wine gains in complexity and
consistency through longer ageing on the fine lees in large wooden barrels. The large day/night temperature differences give the wine additional spice, and the finish of the
Caliz is salty and long.

Grape variety: Chardonnay
Production zone: 250-500 m a.s.l., south-east, clay-sand and gravel soils, rich in dolomite
Vinification: Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel followed by ageing on the fine lees in large oak barrels.
Alcohol: 13 % vol.
Total acidity: 5,7 g/l
Residual sugar: 2 g/l
Yield per hectare: 70 hl
Optimum drinking maturity: 1-4 years
Method of cultivation: sustainable
Bottle size: 0,75 l
