DER BLAUWAL Riserva 2009 Trento DOC<br /><br />From Chardonnay grapes<br /><br />Der Blauwal is our classic method reserve. A single vineyard, a single vintage and a single grape variety. Time is a precious commodity: it takes at least 84 months on the<br />lees to transfer the complex history of the vintage, the identity of the vineyard and the characteristics of the variety into the wine. It is an extra brut with a dosage of about 3<br />g/l. The enveloping taste and structure are merited by the quality of the grapes from old vines and the ripeness of the fruit.
